Eggs and Onions – updated

  • 12 eggs
  • A bunch of chives
  • A big sprig of dill
  • About a 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt

Hard cook eggs (bring to a boil in salted water in a single layer; turn off the heat and rest 11 minutes; cool in ice bath). Grind the eggs using the larger holed blade that comes with the Kitchen Aid grinder. Mix with chopped herbs and enough oil to hold together
