Nana’s Homemade Hummus

1/2 bag of frozen (or 1 can – drained and rinsed) garbanzo beans
juice 1 lemon
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
BIG squeeze of Bragg’s liquid aminos to taste
1 to 4 cloves garlic (depends on who you’re serving it to…)
lots of black pepper

–blend all ingredients in food processor until very smooth
— top with olive oil and good paprika (sweet, smoked or hot) and serve with pita, crackers or other bread
