So I went out and spent the afternoon with my brother to help him jar his and Inez’ olives from the December weekend in Paso Robles. I took lots more photos this time than I did when I was going through the process with my two-and-a-half gallons.
This looks wonderful. I love olives. This would be sooooooo much fun to go pick this olives and then to do what you did with them. Good for you guys. Now go get some nice italian meats and good bread, some cheese and wine and give me a call.
